Our family-owned enterprise develops turn-key hotel and residential projects under its own name and on behalf of third parties. Our highly competent and multilingual team supervises the project from searching for the appropriate site to project planning and management, building supervision and finally the handover of the completed turn-key building.
FROM INCEPTION TO TURN-KEY HOTEL
We construct highly recognizable customized buildings that establish themselves in the market with high room and occupancy rates. During implementation of the initial concept, we liaise with our broad network of expert planners, engineers and building contractors as well as tax advisers to fulfill all the individual wishes and needs of our international clients. Our sound knowledge of Berlin’s and, more broadly, Germany’s market in addition to our experience in working with international clients from countries such as Austria, Spain, USA, Russia, UK, France and Portugal, e.g., guarantees the best possible implementation of any given project.
